Pittsford: On January 16, 2010 at age 83. Predeceased by his parents, William & Grace Westfall; sisters, Helene Westfall & Ruth Gaenzler. He is survived by his loving wife, Elaine Smith Westfall; children, Joanne, William C. & Pamela Westfall; grandchildren, Thomas (Abi) Lamay & Brooke (James) Nicholson; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Charles (Emily) Westfall; several nieces.
Norm & his brother, Charles owned and operated Westfall Florists in Rochester & maintained a floral memorial program for many families in the Rochester area.
